Terms
A nature community built on care, honesty and lawful sharing.
These draft terms describe the rules planned for Sylvuno’s closed beta. They are not the final public terms of service.
Last updated 8 August 2026 · Closed-beta draft1. Using Sylvuno
You may use Sylvuno only if you can legally agree to these terms and meet the age and account requirements of the sign-in service in your country. Keep your access secure and do not impersonate another person or business.
2. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and text you submit. You give Sylvuno a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, process, resize, moderate and display that content only as needed to operate and improve the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited copies that must be retained for safety, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
3. What you may share
Share content you created or have permission to use. Nature context must be genuine. Do not upload illegal material, harassment, dangerous instructions, privacy-invasive content, stolen work, sexualized content, graphic gore, spam or deceptive advertising.
4. Wildlife and local law
Sylvuno does not confirm that an activity, catch, hunt, camp or route is lawful or safe. You are responsible for local laws, permits, seasons, protected species, land access and fire restrictions. Do not use Sylvuno to reveal sensitive wildlife locations or encourage environmental harm.
5. Advertising and account levels
Free and Premium posts may not advertise. An approved Business account may promote a nature-related service or product in the written caption only. Images must remain free of advertising, logos, watermarks and other visible text for every account type.
6. Moderation and appeals
Sylvuno may pause, label, restrict or remove content and may restrict accounts to protect the community. Automated checks support initial review, while members can request a human decision. Serious or repeated violations may result in account suspension or removal.
7. Premium and payments
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, renewal timing and cancellation terms are shown before checkout. The current v0.15 build uses Stripe test mode only and cannot create a real charge. Live commercial terms will be completed before paid public access begins.
8. Beta availability
Closed-beta features may change, fail or be removed. Sylvuno is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability. Back up content that matters to you and do not rely on Sylvuno for emergency, navigation, medical, legal or safety-critical decisions.
9. Ending an account
You may export and delete your non-owner account from Account settings. End an active paid subscription first. Sylvuno may also restrict or end access when necessary for safety, law, fraud prevention or material breaches of these terms.
10. Final legal details
The final operator identity, contact information, governing law, complaint process, consumer rights and liability clauses will be added after professional review and before public launch.
