Community Guidelines
Share the wild. Protect the place—and one another.
These rules apply to observations, profiles, comments and every interaction in Sylvuno.
Last updated 8 August 2026 · Closed-beta draft1. Keep nature at the center
Feed posts need a clear connection to nature, wildlife, an outdoor place or a nature activity. Face-only portraits belong in profile images rather than the observation feed.
2. Protect vulnerable places
Share only a broad region. Do not reveal exact nesting sites, dens, rare plant locations, fragile habitats or private access details. Respect closures, protected areas, landowners and local conservation guidance.
3. Use clean, authentic images
Observation images cannot contain overlaid text, watermarks, logos, prices, handles, contact details or advertising. Do not use misleading edits or claim another creator’s work as your own.
4. Treat people with respect
No harassment, threats, hate, sexualized attention, humiliation or persistent unwanted contact. Do not publish someone’s personal information or a recognizable image of them without an appropriate basis and permission.
5. Hunting, fishing and foraging
Lawful, non-graphic hunting, catch and harvest content may be shared with appropriate sensitive-content treatment. Graphic gore, cruelty, illegal activity or instructions that facilitate poaching are not allowed. Local laws always take priority.
6. Camping and outdoor safety
Do not encourage illegal fires, unsafe camps, destructive bushcraft, trespass or leaving waste. Leave places better than you found them, and present risky activities responsibly.
7. Advertising
Free and Premium accounts cannot advertise. Approved Business accounts may promote relevant services or products in written captions only. Advertising inside an image is never allowed.
8. Reports, moderation and appeals
Report content privately when it creates a safety, privacy or community concern. Do not weaponize reports against people you disagree with. Automated checks may pause content, but a member can request human review and receive a recorded reason.
9. Enforcement
Responses can include a warning, content label, reduced visibility, removal, feature restriction or account suspension. Context, severity, history and credible appeals are considered. Immediate action may be taken when people, wildlife or the service are at risk.
